Q. How do I submit questions to the Board?
A. There are two methods: 1) Use the "Contact Us" button to send an email. 2) Per the
the Covenants, there is an annual meeting of the entire homeowner's association. It is
highly recommended that all homeowners/property owners attend this meeting, therefore, allowing each person to voice their opinions, make suggestions and ask questions.
It's in everyone's best interest to attend!

Q. How do I become a Board member?
A. Feel free to let the Board know of your interest and please do participate. The more

better ideas and views, which makes for greater overall effectiveness.

Q. How are the Board members elected?
A. During the annual meeting, property/homeowners may volunteer to be on the Board,
and nominations will be accepted. At the next Board meeting, which is required to be held within 30 days, volunteers and individuals selected are asked to perform in the various officer positions and/or committees. Some of the terms are 1 year and others are 2 year terms. On occasion, a person may be asked to serve longer if there are no other people interested in serving in the position. No one can be forced to continue in any position.

Q. How can this website be changed?
A. Please feel free to recommend any changes, submit pictures or comments of any
kind to the POA Board. All suggestions will be seriously considered immediately. Use
the "Contact Us" button to initiate your ideas!
